## Academic Life

I studied computer science at [Saarland University](https://www.uni-saarland.de/nc/en/home.html).

I finished my Diploma thesis ["Statische Berechnung sicherer Schleifengrenzen auf Maschinencode"](/academic/diplom.pdf) in 2006.

In February 2013, I successfully defended my PhD thesis about ["Cache Persistence Analysis for Embedded Real-Time Systems"](https://publikationen.sulb.uni-saarland.de/handle/20.500.11880/26474;jsessionid=A6DE5A6E674C991A2F390B34454E05BC).
